General Terms

I do not do first come first serve with my commissions. I, as the artist, also have the right to decline or cancel commission requests. If I choose to cancel the request, I will refund the amount in full. I ask that you provide image references, as well as a brief description providing information necessary for the characters design and personality. AI or NFT usage is STRICTLY forbidden.

Requesting and Ordering

You should receive a reply from me to discuss details as well as a confirmation for your slot and quote.
I reserve the right to decline a request if I believe it is not fit for me.
I reserve that right to make any changes you may request.
If your character is highly detailed, I have the right to charge more to include said details. This will be stated before any transactions are made, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (i.e. change the character or agree to a simplified version) before the transaction is complete.
Please make your request clearly worded with minimal abbreviations, and keep it brief to make the note easy to read.
After everything is processed and confirmed, I will send you an invoice through PayPal or Venmo. You will need to confirm the payment before I start your commission.

Payment

Payments are accepted through PayPal only.
All of my prices are listed by $USD.
You must pay upfront and within 24 hours after receiving the invoice I send you.
I do not issue refunds once the commission has been started, but I am willing to negotiate if needed.
If you wish to keep your commission private, you will have to pay an additional 20% as compensation.

Process

Once the payment goes through, then I'll start on your commission. I will provide WIPs during the sketching, line art and flat colors phases in my process, you can also request a WIP update at any point in time. You will be allowed to 2 revisions; one during the sketching phase and one after lines and flat colors are placed, then I will move forward with the piece as is. This is due to the fact that it is difficult to make certain changes once I start my rendering process. Suggestions with posing are very welcome, but if there are none provided I'll take my own liberty with it. Commissions can usually take up to 2 to 4 weeks for completion, but time may be extended due to factors such as; health, family, or complexity.

Copyright and Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. This means that I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or website
To display or post it wherever I like
Further use it for profit i.e. print, artbook, etc.The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, i.e. avatars, phone or PC wallpaper, with proper credit
Print the artwork for personal use only
Post the artwork publicly with proper credit givenIf you break the copyright in any way, all rights you had to the artwork will be retracted immediately.The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing and/or using the copyrighted artwork commercially to make money off it in any way.
Taking credit for the creation of said artwork.
Uploading my work in a gallery that is intended to display your own work.
Altering the artwork without my knowledge or approval.
Should you use my artwork through any sort of machine learning technology or anything of the like, this will be seen as automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the fee for such rights. I will increase the price by +300%, and reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over type of harassment.
Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.
